Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Executive Services Manager provides direction and oversight for all functions and activities of the agency’s Human Resources operations including, but not limited to, employee and labor relations, recruitment and selection, job analysis and classification, compensation, worker’s compensation and unemployment programs, and employee performance evaluation and recognition. 

This is a key leadership position and is responsible for developing and executing organizational human resources strategy.  The Executive Services Manager aligns human resources strategy with the strategic direction of the agency and ensures the HR system is effective and efficient in its operation.

Your Opportunity at A Glance:

The role of the Director of Finance is to provide direct, knowledgeable guidance to and oversight of the financial components of the Authorities’ operations.  The Director ensures that the Executive Director is kept informed of the financial status of the Authorities and of the financial impact of program changes.  The Director has the responsibility of working with the Controller and Department heads for assuring compliance with federal, state, and local statutes and regulations.  The Director is the chief person responsible for assuring that the policies, procedures and objectives of the Accounting Department are understood and met.  The Director, in coordination with the Sr. Management Team, identifies staffing needs, revisions needed for the organizational structure, and procedures for staff to follow to assure that policies and goals are properly and efficiently implemented.
