JOB ANNOUNCEMENT

 POSITION:                       COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT COORDINATOR

CLOSING DATE:              Open Until Filled

SALARY RANGE:             $42,852 - $53, 748 plus benefits package

 JOB SUMMARY: 

This position is chiefly responsible for creating and maintaining a BHA marketing program, serving as BHA’s landlord liaison and participating in community meetings to further BHA’s message and mission.  In addition, this position provides administrative support and eligibility functions contributing to the overall effectiveness of the department. 

 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

 1.   Education:

  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or equivalent experience.

2.   Experience: 

  • ·       2+ years’ marketing, advertising or community outreach experience.
  • ·       Affordable housing and/or property management experience a plus.

3.   Licenses or Certificates:

  • Valid Washington State Motor Vehicle Operator's License and an acceptable driving record according to BHA standards.
