  EXECUTIVE SERVICES MANAGER

Salary Range:   $60,756 - $77,532 plus full benefit package

JOB SUMMARY:  

 

This position provides personal and confidential assistance to the Executive Director/CEO by providing a broad range of administrative functions and human resources management which contribute to the overall effectiveness of the Executive Department and the entire organization.  Serves as one-person HR department (50 employees) and functions as member of the management team.  Ensures compliance with policies, procedures and governmental reporting requirements.  Coordinates collection, development and analysis of data and other information.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor of Arts degree in human resources, government, business administration, or related field.
  • Three years’ experience working in a unionized environment with progressively increasingly responsible experience in labor relations, negotiations and policy development.
  • Valid Washington State Driver's License (within 30 days of employment) and an acceptable driving record (according to BHA standards).
