The Bellingham Whatcom County Housing Authority (BWCHA) regularly reviews its policies, procedures and plans furthering the agency mission to provide quality, affordable housing for low-and moderate-income families, elderly households, and persons with disabilities through innovative resource development and responsible stewardship of housing and fiscal resources.

Bellingham/Whatcom County FY 2020 Agency Plans
The Bellingham/Whatcom County Housing Authorities (BWCHA) are proposing revisions to their FY 2020 Agency Plans with an anticipated implementation date of January 1st, 2020.
At this time, we are seeking the input of BWCHA residents, community partners and interested community members to provide feedback on the proposed revisions and propose additional revisions before they are reviewed and approved by the BWCHA Board of Commissioners. The plans may be viewed on BWCHA’s website: www.bellinghamhousing.org or at BWCHA’s office at 208 Unity Street in Bellingham.
The public comment period will begin July 20, 2019 and end on September 9, 2019 at 4:00 PM. Resident Advisory meetings will be held on:
