General Information
The Bellingham & Whatcom County Housing Authorities (BWCHA) seeks to provide interested parties with a general introduction on how to conduct business with BWCHA, and to provide information on upcoming procurement and contracting opportunities, such as Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Invitations for Bids (IFBs) and Requests for Quotes (RFQs).
To accomplish our mission of offering opportunities for people to thrive by ensuring access to quality, affordable homes, the BWCHA is committed to working with a diverse pool of vendors and contractors to ensure cost effective delivery of goods and services, in accordance with all applicable regulations and standards.
Current Bidding Opportunities
The Bellingham & Whatcom County Housing Authorities use the e-procurement site Housing Agency Marketplace for distribution of solicitations. The Housing Agency Marketplace allows the BWCHA to reach a nationwide vendor pool, and also provides a level of consistency that stakeholders can come to rely on. Vendors who are registered on the Housing Agency Marketplace can automatically receive notification of new solicitations and any addenda that is published.
Unless stated otherwise in the individual solicitation, submittals must be uploaded to the Housing Agency Marketplace by the date and time specified. BWCHA will not accept any submittals after the stated deadline.
