General Information

The Bellingham & Whatcom County Housing Authorities seeks to provide interested contractors and other parties with a general introduction on how to conduct business with BWCHA and to provide information on upcoming Procurements and Contracting opprotunities, such as Requests for Proposals (RFPs), sealed bids (QSPs) and Quotes (RFQs). We seek to ensure that you receive what you require to successfully accomplish your respective missions, goals, and objectives in a timely manner at the most economical cost to the agency in compliance with all applicable regulations and ethical standards.

Current Bidding Opportunities

The Bellingham & Whatcom County Housing Authorities are pleased to announce that we will be working with the Housing Agency Marketplace for project solicitations. The Housing Agency Marketplace is an electronic marketplace that allows the housing authority to contact vendors nationwide based on the type of service provided. Vendors that are registered on the Housing Agency Marketplace will automatically receive notification of solicitations that BWCHA advertises thought its website.

Unless stated otherwise in the individual solicitation submittals must be delivered to Bellingham & Whatcom County Housing Authorities located at 333 N. Samish Way, Bellingham, WA 98225 by the date and time stamped before the listed deadline. BWCHA will not accept any submittals after the stated deadline.
