We answer maintenance requests in the order they are received and based on priority.

 

Please note: For purposes of classifying work orders, Emergency Maintenance Requests are those that involve conditions that pose a significant risk to residents or facilities, if not addressed immediately.  Examples of Emergency Work Orders include: broken water pipe spraying, broken window, entry door lock broken, faulty fire alarm, etc.  Non-emergency work orders called in on the emergency work order lines will be designated as Routine Maintenance Requests.
