King Mountain Affordable Housing Development
In early 2025, BWCHA acquired two acres of land in the King Mountain neighborhood in north Bellingham (4395 and 4399 Creston way, Bellingham, WA, 98226) . Plans are underway to build up to 110 units of mixed-income affordable family housing, serving households earning up to 80% of AMI—or $86,720 annually for a family of four as of 2025.
