The next regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners will be held on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 1:00 p.m.
This notice is provided in accordance with applicable public meeting requirements.
The Housing Authority of the City of Bellingham (BHA) is seeking proposals (RFP-2026-010-025) from qualified firms to provide full-service property management for a 57-unit affordable housing property.
All inquiries and proposals must be submitted via email to kate.donnelly@bellinghamhousing.org. Questions are due by June 24, 2026, at 12:00 PM PST, and proposals are due by July 1, 2026, at 4:00 PM PST.
