The Housing Authority of the City of Bellingham (BHA) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for Website Design and Development Services (RFP-BHA-2026-04-IT) to modernize its public-facing digital presence and improve accessibility for residents, landlords, and applicants. This comprehensive project encompasses the full project lifecycle—including discovery, strategy, rebranding with a new logo, development of a unified property directory, and a minimum 12-month post-launch support period.
